This journey began when my daughter had the unfortunate experience of losing two of her fur-babies that meant the world to her. I felt debilitated knowing that I was unable to provide her the comfort she needed which only having her kitties back with her could do. At the same time, the necklace that she wore daily had broken and was looking to replace it. That’s when the idea came to me. If I could incorporate her pet’s ashes within a piece of jewelry, she’d then be able to carry them with her, close to her heart, and give her that sense of comfort she so desperately needed.
